We are seeking an energetic Senior Heat Pump Installer / Team Leader to lead our installation team based in West Auckland.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven expertise in HVAC heat pump installation, particularly in high wall and ducted systems

Possession of relevant HVAC certifications and licenses preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and supporting team members.

Comprehensive understanding of heat pump technology, installation methods, and industry best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well spoken English

A strong customer focus with the ability to deal with clients in a professional, friendly manner

Be self motivated and be able to work efficiently unsupervised

A commitment to exceeding customer expectations, delivering high standards of workmanship

A good eye to detail

A full, clean drivers licence
