Time again for service of my two heatpumps which were supplied and installed by Comfort Solutions. As previously at installation and servicing the process was carried out professionally by Mikey who was on time, very polite and left everything in a clean and tidy state. He also checked that I was happy with everything and provided me with a pamphlet to refresh and update me on use and functions available on heatpumps. My property was hit hard by the flooding in Auckland earlier this year, and while insurance was slow to respond, Comfort Solutions came out to assess the damages immediately, providing me with a detailed quote promptly.
Then when my insurance finally reacted, CS we were again quick to act and help me with no hassles or drama.

Fantastic service from Comfort Solutions. They managed to get our system installed before the lockdown, which has been so helpful. Did it all in a day which was great (other places had said it would take two days). Really helpful and a great system.

We are very grateful for the fast, professional service Dan and the team provided. They did an awesome job of installing our fully ducted AC system, over two levels. It was painless and extremely easy to organise. The Panasonic system they recommended has made our kids rooms are so much better, no more 30’c nights – and best of all the ducted system looks almost unnoticeable in our villa. The entire team were polite, worked hard and were finished by 3pm. Really impressive. Thanks guys.
We have just had a ducted system installed into our home and we are really happy with the work that Adam, Dan and Tim completed.
The quality of their workmanship is second to none, and we were blown away with the dedication that Adam gave to working with us right from the quotes- (yes several until we worked through exactly what we wanted and needed), and giving us advice and options, through phone calls and emails, through to the installation. Nothing seemed to difficult for Adam, he was a dream to work with.
We have a large house and they completed the whole job in one day, and did a great clean up afterwards!
We would recommend Comfort Solutions to everyone who is considering having a heat pump installed, either wall mounted or ducted as we have chosen. As far as we are concerned they are the Best!
And they have an excellent service plan (just in case something does go wrong).

Adam and Co did a great job installing our heat pumps, very efficient service which is hard to find these days, and they left the place clean which I loved. So I fully recommend this company. 🙂
We decided to put in some heatpumps at last – not that straightforward though, one upstairs floor unit, a downstairs wall unit, both to a single outdoor unit some distance away. We got quotes from three AirCon companies. Comfort Solutions were the most knowledgeable; Adam’s expertise was obvious. He came up with a great solution. ( and the price was competitive – not the cheapest but very close.) They did a really good job, we have a great outcome, they were good to communicate with, punctual and prompt, and very well house trained! we are very pleased indeed. If you want someone who knows what they are doing and will deliver a great outcome, then I doubt you could do better.
Comfort solutions are excellent they showed up when they said completed the job quickly and with care to a newly decorated house would reccomend these guys to get a new heat pump .

Dan and his team did a great job installing our Fujitsu ducted system. Dan talked us through everything and listened to our requirements. They delivered on their promise of attention to detail and took great care of our new property, and covered everything with dust sheets. They even vacuumed the house before leaving. We got many quotes prior to decision, but comfort solutions proved to be very competitive and we made the right decision. The system is working well with no issues. Cheers

We just had an install of our ducted system with ventilation kit completed. Adam and the team were helpful during the initial quote and questions and re-scoping of our overall system. Great communication and on the day of the install were efficient, clean, tidy and friendly. Love the wireless control of the system from your phone and being able to control it from anywhere. We’ve just had a ducted heat pump system installed from Comfort Solutions. Adam was a pleasure to deal with, really listened to our requirements, and was very flexible (including coming out on a weekend to quote after the midweek appointment had to be cancelled at short notice). Adam, Dan and Tim were incredibly professional, extremely tidy and took great care with the delicate features of our house like the plaster ceiling. And they finished well before the expected finished time on the day of installation. We are thrilled with the result and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Exceptional service. These guys are customer oriented – which is a rare thing in this industry. Of all the companies we’ve dealt with over the course of our house build, we rate these guys at the very top. They listened, communicated well, were very responsive and flexible and provided a quality service and installation. We are very happy with our ducted air conditioning system. Dan & Adam did an excellent job of installing our ducted heat pump & ventilation system. It was a complex install, and we had lots of questions but that was no problem for these guys. Their after install service was also great when they returned to tweak system settings. We’re really happy with our dry, warm and fresh house.

We just had the team at Comfort Solutions install a ducted heatpump system for us in Pt Chevalier. Absolutely fantastic service from quote to finish. They were clean, tidy and considerate, they respected the house and the quality of finishing was great.
The system itself has been a life saver over winter and we can’t wait to use it for cooling in the summer too!

We got several quotes for a ducted heatpump install from different companies, only these guys listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that had multi zone and fresh air intake for a good price.
Before and after the install they responded to questions via phone or email quickly. The install was fast, smooth and tidy even with other contractors working on other things at the same time.
It was great to be dealing directly with both the bosses and guys doing the work, rather than dealing with employee 105 in a bigger outfit, their banter and singing along to boys 2 men on the radio was pretty hilarious too.
Would use them again and recommend to friends and family.
Great all round service from Dan and the boys! New House with no heat pump was a task for me to find someone reliable that could deliver a service on high demand, Dan was able to quote me on the same day I called, send me a quote detailing where it would be installed and what output I would get along with the product information. Within no time I accepted and within the week my new heat pump was installed! Nothing like a special touch to our new home that is going to give us comfort for many years. Try it! A fantastic job all around. Adam viewed our house and spoke with us about our heating/cooling etc needs and gave us a few quotes for different products that would best suit them in line with our budget. The installation was done not long after that, at a time that suited us and Adam and Dan were wonderfully considerate whilst installing the pump. Just installed a heat pump to keep my house at a good temp for my baby who’s due in 2 weeks. Adam was great to deal with, turned around a quote really quickly, and worked well with me to provide the best solution within my budget (and to provide installation before baby came!!) I’m loving the heat pump, and the knowledge that my families health is that little bit more secure over winter!
We were looking at installing a couple of heat pumps, 1 x downstairs and 1 x upstairs, Adam from Comfort Solutions came around to measure up and give us a quote, we found him to be a very professional guy and gave us the advice that we needed.
We had the 2 heat pumps put in last Saturday and could not fault their workmanship.
Adam and his business partner, Dan the electrician, were awesome guys; like a married couple, pardon the good humour. Their procedures from start to finish were right on the button and their finished product was fantastic.
