I never write reviews! But I had to say what my experience with CS was like. I had actually been given the name of another company to use, I phoned that number but it went to CS. The very nice lady at CS explained they had bought out the business and did I want a visit from their sales guy? I was hesitant because I knew nothing about CS. But went ahead. I also booked 2 other companies. The CS sales guy was by far and away the best of the 3! (sorry, don't remember his name) he was patient and understanding of my idiotic questions. He talked me through every option and even talked me out of spending too much!! The quote was emailed through very quickly (I think the next morning) and accepting it and booking a time slot was a very simple operation. (btw, all 3 quotes from the 3 companies were roughly the same) The day of the install came and 3 of the nicest and most professional guys turned up. Again, they were very patient and very accommodating. They consulted me, gave me options, and talked me through what was going to happen. I had to leave for work after a few hours but came home after they'd gone to a house where you literally couldn't tell they'd been there! Not a speck of dust or bit of rubbish was left! They'd had to go into cupboards etc and everything was as it was! Like I said, I never write reviews but I had to write this one. It looks like lots of other people agree as they currently have a 4.9 rating. Give them a call!
