Nate, Shanil and Daniel came yesterday and installed a new heatpump and serviced the existing heatpump. They did a great job, excellent communication, left everything super tidy. Comfort Solutions recently installed a ducted system at our place. There was some misunderstanding at the start but the installation was more than make up for it particularly with our tricky ceiling. The team did a great professional job and left the site very tidy. We're very happy with our ducted system.

We used Comfort Solutions for our ducted air conditioning system and they were fantastic. The team on site was professional, fair, and did genuinely high quality work. Like a lot of companies in this space, the office support side could be better, but the installation experience itself more than made up for it.
For context, we previously used HRV for our downstairs ducted system, and Comfort Solutions was hands down the better experience. I’d strongly recommend them if you’re looking for quality workmanship and a company that treats you fairly.

As expected the technician arrived on time, was friendly and efficient and did a great job. We will continue to use them in the future for regular servicing.
